Magistrates regret statements by Minister Van Bossuyt in the Trabelsi case: “The Belgian state has been trampling the rule of law for fifteen years”

A French-speaking magistrates’ association regrets the statements of Minister of Asylum and Migration Anneleen Van Bossuyt (N-VA) in the Trabelsi case. “The Belgian state has been trampling the rule of law for fifteen years,” the Association Syndicale des Magistrats (ASM) said in a press release.
