According to Madonna, the new decision will drive women into deep despair as it will affect women’s rights and make others decide for them. The singer describes being fearful of her daughter’s future.

– I woke up to the horrible news that Roe v. Wade is over and the court has ruled that we women have no right to our own bodies. This decision has driven me and every woman in this country to great despair, she writes in her Instagram account.

The singer expresses her fear for all American women. In her view, the decision shows that women’s rights are no longer constitutional rights.

– In fact, we have fewer rights than a gun. I fear for my daughters, she states in her publication.

However, Madonna declares that women are strong enough to fight for their rights. She notes that together she and others will find a way to secure a federal law that protects abortion rights.

Madonna’s exit on the subject has prompted Instagram users to react for and against the abolition of the right to abortion.
