Macron, Starmer and Zelensky sign ‘Paris Declaration’: agreement on security guarantees for Ukraine and European troops

Ukraine’s European allies will send troops to the country if there is a “credible” ceasefire with Russia. This is evident from the declaration of intent that French President Emmanuel Macron and British Prime Minister Keir Starmer signed on Tuesday in Paris with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on behalf of the ‘coalition of willing countries’.
