Lyst CEO Chris Morton is stepping into the role of CEO. In his new role, he will focus on strategy, partnerships and funding initiatives, Lyst said Wednesday.
COO Emma McFerran takes over the management. She has been with the fashion shopping app since 2014 and has overseen the company’s transformation into an app-first company. Lyst is also getting a new chief financial officer. Liz Kistruck joins Lyst from the travel platform Expedia, where she was CFO of Hotel.com.
“It’s exciting to assume this position and lead an extraordinary team as we shift gears and prepare for the next and most exciting phase of the Lyst journey,” said McFerran. “Over many years, Chris and I have built a strong partnership in which we share a vision and a deep commitment to making Lyst the model for success for our customers and partners. This new team structure allows us to better realize the immense potential of our company and take Lyst to the next level.”
