Where most celebrities are immediately canceled if they have a serious allegation hanging on their pants, that does not apply to Johnny de Mol. He is the son of one of the most powerful and richest people in the Dutch media world: John de Mol. There is a lot of fear for the Mol family; according to Giel Beelen, Talpa is going ‘bad’ as a result.
Quarrel with John
Business Class star Harry Mens recently said that celebrities do not even dare to refuse an invitation from HLF8 for fear of reprisals from the talk show host’s father. “People can’t refuse or they’ll argue with John. That is also a basis for making your program. I do believe in it.”
Now that Johnny is once again discredited because of the alleged abuse of his ex-fiancée Shima Kaes, RTL Boulevard notices that it is difficult to talk to experts about this. Johnny seems to care about all the criticism. Despite the leaking of Shima’s fierce complaint against Johnny, he has already presented his talk show two nights in a row.
According to Johnny, that entire report was made up, but even the men of VI think it is Johnny who is lying. They think that the presenter would do better to stop with HLF8 for the time being.
