Canadian sportswear retailer Lululemon Athletica Inc. has appointed Sarah Clark as its new Senior Vice President for EMEA. She will take up the post in September and will drive “the growth of the brand and the company in brick-and-mortar retail, digital business and strategic partner channels” in the market region comprising Europe, the Middle East and Africa, the yoga clothing specialist from Vancouver said Tuesday with.
Clark was most recently CEO of the sustainable children’s fashion provider Frugi. Prior to that, she held management positions at companies across a variety of industries including Morgan Motor Company, Oka, Rapha and Procter & Gamble. She is now succeeding Gareth Pope at Lululemon. The former EMEA boss has been leading the company’s Asia-Pacific operations since 2021.
André Maestrini, Lululemon’s EVP of International, has high hopes for the new executive: “Her experience and vision will enable us to realize our ambitions in EMEA and meet our five-year goal of international sales for Lululemon to quadruple,” he said in a statement.
