German airline Lufthansa has canceled hundreds of summer flights due to staff shortages. This makes Lufthansa the umpteenth airline to take a similar measure. In addition to the flights of Lufthansa itself, this also concerns flights that would be operated by subsidiary Eurowings. Short-haul flights within Europe in particular are disappearing from the schedule. In total, this concerns about 900 flights in July.
