Luc Tack is developing a new SME zone in Pittem
The activities of Clarysse, manufacturer of interior textiles, moved to another production location in Oostrozebeke in the spring of 2023. Luc Tack is building a new SME park on the former sites in Pittem. “With its attractive location, excellent accessibility via major access roads and good infrastructure, the new business park is an interesting project for local companies that want to grow and expand, and want to combine that with local anchoring,” says Tack.
In addition, the business park should also provide more employment in the region. “This development provides space for new businesses, boosting the local economy and increasing employment in the Pittem region. This allows residents to choose to work closer to home and limit long commutes.”
Works will start this year
There will be five buildings on the site with 38 sheds. The units have fixed parking spaces. “Extra attention is also paid to nature and water management, so a green buffer and well-thought-out infiltration options complete the picture,” says Tack. The units are delivered in shell form, and can therefore still be adapted to personal business needs. The units can also be joined together.
The start of work is scheduled for the end of the year. The units are scheduled to be completed by the summer of 2024.
