Loyal fan community of IBANA is growing

IBANA is a Dutch fashion brand that is feminine and elegant, but also fashionable and approachable. IBANA designers transform the trends on the catwalk into a unique fashion collection that empowers women. The heart of the collection are leather pants in trendy colors that are easy to wear and with which women can make a statement. Once you have IBANA in your closet, you want more of it. The loyal fan community of IBANA is constantly growing.

IBANA women are women who really love fashion – but don’t follow the very first trends – and are willing to pay for it. Originally, IBANA was a leather accessories brand that mainly offered bags and belts. Later came leather jackets and even later leather pants in all possible colors. Today, IBANA is a mid and high-end fashion brand that makes women shine from head to toe. The brand is currently scoring with its complete sets. Think of leather pants in various models and trendy colors, matching tops, pullovers and blouses in non-leather qualities, leather jackets and even shoes. Dresses and skirts are also an integral part of the fabric collections.

Bestselling models

Once women have bought a particular pair of IBANA pants, they will continue to be offered. Many bestselling models come back every season, in trendy colors and with tops and knitwear in the same colors. Customers often ask us in advance which colors will be included in the new collection; they can’t wait to buy their favorite pants in a different color. They are also super happy with the matching tops in different qualities that we have had in the collection for two years.

tonal sets

IBANA designers work with color blocks. A collection usually consists of two or three basic colors, such as beige, black and off-white, as well as two or three striking pop colors. Tonal sets are designed around each color – which looks super cool in stores – and proves to be a hit. Women like to go home with a nice overall look and even shoes in the same shade.

New site

IBANA is currently sold in around 300 stores in the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium. This number is growing. In addition, IBANA has its own web shop.

Our new website will be online soon. It will be much faster and more user-friendly, and the clothes, especially the sets, will be even better. The website will be a real source of inspiration, especially as it will feature all the IBANA items from each collection. That’s about 150 items per collection.

Pre-Collections

IBANA carries out four collections per year. In addition to the summer and winter collection, there are two pre-collections. “These are smaller collections, which, by the way, are getting bigger,” says Van Koolbergen. “The pre-collections are launched before the main collections: ie pre-summer and pre-winter. In these collections, the eye-catching and unusual pieces are shown “For example party dresses, jumpsuits and tops with lots of glitter and sequins for the holidays. We’ve had the pre-collections for three years now and they’re very well received. So we’ll definitely continue to grow in this area as well.”
