Louis Vuitton is adding another dimension to its Web3 strategy.
The French luxury brand is launching its own server on the video and text communication platform Discord, Louis Vuitton announced on Tuesday. The server, a type of chat room with various subject areas, will be “immersive and interactive,” according to the website.
The server will serve as a “permanent showcase for the house’s evolving expertise” and – similar to the house’s recently launched podcast – offer community members insights behind the scenes. However, the clear focus is on the topic of innovation.
Some of the contributions will be available exclusively to owners of NFTs from Louis Vuitton’s so-called Via project. This exclusive content is intended to enable NFT owners to participate in the development of new ideas and contribute to the results.
