Louis Vuitton invites you to the table with its first tableware collection

Louis Vuitton is expanding its range with a tableware collection.

The French luxury brand is introducing its first extensive tableware collection, Louis Vuitton announced on Friday. The line is to be included in the permanent range.

The collection includes a variety of porcelain tableware, including plates, bowls, cups and a teapot. The fashion house’s watercolor floral monogram adorns the porcelain on a white background. There are matching ‘twist glasses’ in a curved design and color-coordinated carafes made of Murano glass. Both products are available in sapphire blue, amber, emerald and ruby.

Picnic suitcases with tea sets and similar travel accessories have long been part of the repertoire of the brand, which began as a suitcase manufacturer. However, the tableware series is the brand’s first complete table decoration.

The collection is now available in the brand’s online shop and in selected stores. Prices are 180 euros for a small plate, 300 euros for a bowl, 340 euros for a set of cups and 450 euros for the teapot. A set of glasses is available for 390 euros, the carafes for 495 euros.
