THE HAGUE – 18-year-old Lotte Terheijden from The Hague wants a memorial monument for her neighbor Etsuko Endo, who was murdered across the street by Thijs H. in 2019 in the Scheveningse Bosjes. “A monument ensures closure and that she will never be forgotten,” says Lotte about her beloved neighbor.
