Mountaineer Lotta Hintsa34, says Instagram– in his publication that he returned from his dangerous trip to Finland about a week ago. On Sunday, October 15, Hintsa had a climbing accident in the Himalayan mountains in Nepal.

Hintsa says in his post that he still has symptoms from the injuries from the accident. However, he assures that his condition is already much better.

– I have seen a neurologist here, and the symptoms I experienced are normal for a mild brain injury. All symptoms should go away within weeks and I’m definitely feeling better every day. I can also gradually return to training, Hintsa says in his publication.

Hintsa told Iltalehti that on the day of the accident, he had tripped on a bridge going down in the mountains with a heavy chest. As a punishment for the wobble, he hit his head on the bridge. According to Hintsa, he and a fellow climber originally intended to climb Himlung, which is more than seven kilometers high.

– It was a little blurry, but I quickly realized that the forehead is really open and the head is throwing, he said.

At the hospital in Kathmandu, Hintsa underwent, among other things, CT scans, the big wound was cleaned and proper sutures were put on it. Hintsa has shared violent footage of her accident on her Instagram account. In that post, he also looked at his experience from a positive perspective.

– At least the scar looks like a mountain, Hintsa stated.
