Hertha goalkeeper Marcel Lotka (20) was in Freiburg (0: 3) for the first time between the posts. Saturday against Frankfurt (3.30 p.m., here in the BZ live ticker) he will again guard the goal. Maybe for the last time, because in the summer he will switch to Dortmund II on a free transfer, where he plays in the 3rd division.
But before that, Lotka is celebrating his home premiere against Frankfurt!
Reason: Alexander Schwolow (29 / Corona) could not be tested on Thursday and has not trained with the team for over a week. Coach Tayfun Korkut (47): “I don’t assume that Schwolow will be available. And Lotka improved his position with the performance in Freiburg.”
