Los Angeles Lakers, who won the final match of the American Basketball League (NBA) in-season tournament, won the cup.
In the final of the tournament, which was held for the first time this season, the Los Angeles Lakers and Indiana Pacers teams met at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Lakers, who defended better than their opponent for most of the match, won the match 123-109 and won the championship.
The players who brought the victory to the Lakers were Anthony Davis with 41 points, 20 rebounds and 5 assists, LeBron James with 24 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists, Austin Reaves with 28 points, D’Angelo Russell with 13 points, 7 assists and 4 rebounds.
38-year-old all-star James was named the tournament’s most valuable player (MVP).
Tyrese Haliburton had 20 points and 11 assists, Bennedict Mathurin had 20 points, Aaron Nesmith had 15 points and Obi Toppin had 13 points for the Pacers.
With this cup, all players of the Los Angeles Lakers team won the prize money of 500 thousand dollars per person. Each of the finalist Indiana Pacers players received 200 thousand dollars in prize money.
