Los Angeles Clippers and Isaiah Hartenstein miss NBA playoffs

National basketball player Isaiah Hartenstein missed the playoff ticket in the North American professional league NBA with the Los Angeles Clippers.

In the decisive game for entry into the championship round, the Californians lost 101:105 to the New Orleans Pelicans in their own hall and thus sealed their premature end to the season. Hartenstein played six minutes of the game and scored two points.

In addition to the Pelicans, the Atlanta Hawks also made the playoffs. Led by the outstanding point guard Trae Young (38 points), the team from the 1996 Olympic city prevailed 107:101 against the Cleveland Cavaliers and now meets the Miami Heat.

At the weekend, two Germans also get involved in the playoff start. Maximilian Kleber hopes to play against the Utah Jazz on Saturday after recovering from an ankle injury.

NBA playoffs without Dennis Schröder and the Wagner brothers

Just before the start, the Dallas Mavericks pro said he had “taken a step forward” and felt “ready for Saturday.”

A day later, Daniel Theis meets the Brooklyn Nets with record champions Boston Celtics at home in TD Garden. Isaac Bonga, on the other hand, has little chance of playing for the Philadelphia 76ers with the Toronto Raptors.

Dennis Schröder (Houston Rockets) as well as rookie Franz Wagner and his brother Moritz (Orlando Magic) clearly failed with their teams in the main round.
