Loretta Schrijver quite pissed off live on television: ‘Adjust your site!’

Loretta Schrijver believes that RTL Boulevard presents the wrong image of her and urged the show section live on the broadcast yesterday to correct that. “Customize your website!”

The ladies of Koffietijd received some annoying news yesterday: due to disappointing viewing figures, the plug is being pulled from the program. The presenters deal with it remarkably sober, including Loretta Schrijver. She therefore does not want RTL Boulevard to put down an image as if she is half in the gutter.

“Take off the site!”

Loretta expressed her displeasure during a telephone response on the live broadcast of the program yesterday. “I’m completely devastated? No. So I really want to start right away. I don’t like it very much, I read that on the Boulevard website, that ‘Loretta is devastated’.”

She continues: “Loretta is a sensible person and sees these things coming. We might actually have only existed for three months, but we have been around for almost thirteen years. I’m not broken, so I’d really love and really appreciate it if you could at least remove that from the site. Then we have that out of the world.”

‘I’m not crazy’

Eddy Zoëy was clearly not so eager for Loretta’s complaint. “Regarded with this one! But when did you know this?”

Loretta: “I’m not crazy either. We all know that there are contract talks again and we also see that the media landscape is changing. That applies to all kinds of programs that have to make do with lower viewing figures, and so on, and so on.”

Duration program

Loretta probably points to the fact that the number of linear viewers is decreasing. “The Postcode Lottery and RTL also have to move with the times, have to adjust that, decisions have to be made.”

She continues: “It’s a very expensive program every day with so many people and live and all the possibilities; nothing is too crazy for the program. And at a time when we all have to take a step back, soberness naturally strikes too. This is a very luxurious program.”

drink

Are her colleagues also so level-headed? “Well, we’re actually all having a drink now.”

Would Loretta be open to a restart? “If Coffee Time would just keep going, I’d just stick with it, because nobody wants to leave that program. That is beyond dispute.”
