Looting has been reported in the Mexican resort of Acapulco following the devastation caused by Hurricane Otis. People get food, water and toilet paper from stores because otherwise “they have nothing”, eyewitnesses report to the Reuters news agency. Images show how shelves in supermarkets, among others, are being emptied.
