The anniversary of LOOS does not go unnoticed by viewers and participants, because RTV Drenthe is celebrating the tenth anniversary of the quiz program.
It will be a ‘celebration of recognition’ for LOOS viewers with former presenters appearing on stage once again. They occasionally fill the TV set to ask questions to the participants.
Other ‘delegates’ from Lower Saxony will also be given this role: Marlene Bakker (Groningen), Arjan Pronk (Salland), Paul Abels (Twente) and Marije Stomps (Achterhoek). “They ask something about a word or expression in Low Saxon,” says Loes van der Laan, game leader and producer of LOOS.
As tradition dictates, participants must be aware of regional language, topography, history, politics and news. This year, former winners return behind the desk; They have a golden opportunity to write history once again.
