Proud of all the customization
Did nothing go wrong during the renovation? “While we were working on the dining room, some welding had to be done. Everything was still open and because of the sparks from the welding, the insulation material in the wall caught fire! That was a bit scary!” Anouk is still very happy that she was not there at that time.
What are they most proud of right now? Anouk has to make a choice here. Is it her large walk-in wardrobe on the first floor? “I still opt for the wine cabinet in the living room. I have been selling wine for two and a half years and wine is a passion for me. The space under the stairs had no function. I started drawing myself and this is the result: our wine cellar under the stairs.”
Sander also finds it difficult to name one thing. “I am proud of all the customization that is in our house. We can think of a lot of things, but we can’t do everything. Fortunately, the guys from the Houtfabrique helped us a lot. Those guys are great. Our dining table, the wine cabinet, the doors. Exactly as we came up with it together.”
