Recently I received an email from a concerned wine drinker who asked me if it was normal for him to find an egg in his glass red. Now I often receive such questions by e-mail.

A small selection from the collection: ‘I inherited the contents of a wine cellar and there is all sorts of dust on the bottles. Are they still good?’ ‘I get a headache after drinking two bottles of white. Is that because of the sulfite?’ And: ‘There is always dirty wine under a screw cap, isn’t it? What Do You Think?’
