A severe jaw fracture and a severed shoulder socket. A 17-year-old Dutch boy suffered these injuries after he was beaten up for no reason in Ostend on the night of May 27 to 28. The suspect hit at least two other victims that night. “We take the facts very seriously,” says Eline Goeminne of the Ostend police. Detectives are now distributing surveillance images of the suspect.
