A Ukrainian soldier claims he has broken the world record for marksmanship. Images show how he shoots a Russian soldier dead, according to his own account from a distance of 3,800 meters. The shot was carried out with a Horizon’s Lord, a massive Ukrainian sniper rifle. It is not clear whether the sniper’s claim is legitimate. The current world record is a fatal shot of 3,540 meters, the Ukrainian has the dubious honor of almost 300 meters better.
