UpdateA tornado passed in Onze-Lieve-Vrouw-Waver and Putte this evening. The weather phenomenon caused a lot of damage to several residents. For example, roofs were blown away and a mobile home was thrown into the air. Emergency services are on site to assess the damage and assist the affected residents. Two homes have been declared uninhabitable. Fortunately there were no injuries.
