What should have been a pleasant walk turned into a frightening wander through the Pyrenees for the French Léon. The 9-year-old boy lost his way on Thursday while hiking in the mountains with his family. Alone, Léon waited for hours for help. “It seemed like I was just walking in circles,” he says in an interview with the French news channel BFM TV.
