A former San Francisco fire chief sued a homeless man for assault and battery. A bystander filmed Don Carmignani being hit with an iron bar. The case seemed crystal clear until other surveillance footage showed Carmignani attacking homeless Garret Doty herself first. Now more images are emerging that may link Carmignani to eight other similar cases.
