Rotterdam – Rising prices of raw materials such as steel, oil and asphalt will further delay the necessary renovation of roads and bridges in the Netherlands. That says CEO Job Dura of construction group Dura Vermeer, the fifth largest builder in the Netherlands, in an explanation of the annual figures.
