Lois Openda from RC Lens is publicly toying with a move to Bundesliga club RB Leipzig.
“Leipzig could be a good club to help me take a step forward,” said the Belgium international in an interview with “RTLsports Belgium”. The 23-year-old striker has scored 21 goals in 38 games for the French top flight club this season.
“I’m a Lens player and the clubs have to talk to each other. My agent takes care of that too. I’m here in the national team to concentrate and to help my nation,” said Openda, the successor to Bundesliga top scorer Christopher in Leipzig to become Nkunku. The transfer fee is more than 30 million euros.
