‘Something we are going to investigate’

ALBERGEN – Local residents of the hotel ‘t Elshuys in Albergen will try to keep the property out of the hands of the Central Agency for the Reception of Asylum Seekers (COA) by buying it themselves. The question is whether that is feasible. “That is something that we will investigate legally,” spokesperson Hennie de Haan reported tonight during a protest in front of the hotel that has been designated as an asylum seekers center (azc) by the cabinet, RTV Oost reports.
