The 25-year-old Argentine has a contract with Tottenham until June 2025, but this season his participation in the London team has been reduced, with which he has played 19 games this year, for a total of 900 minutes.
A knee injury has disrupted much of this campaign for Lo Celso, who has only enjoyed one start in the Premier.
