Liverpool’s crisis deepens.
Wolves, who were in the relegation battle on Saturday, ran away to an easy 3-0 win at home. The final result does not even flatter the hosts.
The difference on the field was even greater.
In the last quarter, the Molineux Home crowd amused themselves by shouting “Olé” after every successful pass.
– The match was already decided within the first 15 minutes. We were too passive and conceded two horrible goals. I can’t explain, there’s just no way to explain it, manager Jurgen Klopp would talk.
– This is not allowed.
Klopp’s teams, both in Germany and in the Premier League, have been marked by mental strength. At times it has seemed that the players simply have not accepted the position of defeat.
Now the gloves drop to the ground already at the first setback.

Liverpool’s 2023 has started with three consecutive away defeats. That only home match ended in a 0–0 draw, so the goal difference in the last four league matches is a loss of 1–9.
The rest of the numbers don’t comfort Pool fans either: the team conceded the opening goal 12 times, against which they have made the most setbacks in both the first five (5) and fifteen (7) minutes.
Although the season is barely halfway through, the Reds’ defense has already conceded more goals than during the entire last campaign.

Klopp has been in his position for more than seven years, and it seems to the audience that the players can’t stand his demanding hair-raising philosophy anymore. When Liverpool’s game is stripped of its traditional aggressiveness, all that remains is a wandering herd of sheep.
– How could I not worry? I can’t just sit and think that everything went well, Klopp admitted his own impotence.
The difference in points for the places that qualify for the Champions League has already increased to 11. On the other hand, it is exactly the same also in the first place of the relegation.
