Liverpool and Leicester City duke it out in the English League Cup 3rd round match. Referee Tim Robinson blew the whistle in the match played at Anfield.
Liverpool won the match 3-1 and qualified for the next round. The goals that brought Liverpool the victory were scored by Gakpo in the 48th minute, Szoboszlai in the 70th minute and Jota in the 89th minute. Leicester City’s only goal came from McAteer in the 3rd minute.
