On Day 17 of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, many nighttime fighting and shelling were reported in Ukrainian cities. Russian forces have also bombarded the cities of Lutsk and Ivano-Frankivsk in western Ukraine with missile and air strikes. In many Dutch villages and cities, including Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Den Bosch and Groningen, demonstrations will be held on Saturday to commemorate the war in Ukraine.
