Ellen van Dijk, Riejanne Markus and Shirin van Anrooij are the big favorites to succeed the retired Anna van der Breggen this afternoon in Emmen as Dutch time trial champion. The 14.7 kilometer course has to be covered twice for a total of 29.4 kilometers. The first rider will leave at 2.35 pm, the last rider is expected at the finish around 4 pm.
