Another 1000 meters and then the Olympic skating career of Ireen Wüst is over. She is already the Netherlands’ most successful Olympian ever, but she will be happy to win another slice on Thursday. The 1000 meters is not her specialty, but the 35-year-old from Brabant can always do something extra during an Olympic competition.
