More than 40 people have been reported missing after the rocket attack on a shopping center in the city of Kremenchuk, in central Ukraine. This was reported by the Ukrainian public prosecutor’s office last night. There are currently 15 fatalities, but that number is likely to rise, as some 40 people are still missing. Ukraine blames Russia for the attack. Russia itself has not yet responded. The attack is strongly condemned internationally. NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said on Monday that NATO wants to expand its rapid response force from 40,000 troops to more than 300,000.
