Number injured by ‘Ukrainian cluster attack’ on Russian soil rises
More details are emerging after the governor of Russia’s Belgorod region claimed Ukraine had used cluster munitions in a village this morning.
The governor, Vyacheslav Gladkov, previously said four were injured, but that number has now risen to six – with one person in critical condition, according to its latest update.
“Six civilians suffered shrapnel wounds. One victim is in very serious condition,” Gladkov said on Telegram.

11 children from Russia returned to Ukraine
