Mid-term conclusion:
45 minutes are through, Bochum is 1-0 down against Schalke. After a decent start for the Royal Blues, it was Hofmann who missed a huge opportunity for VfL. As a result, the home side were the better team, but were rarely able to create real chances. Schalke, on the other hand, didn’t know much to do with themselves in the offensive game. Shortly before the break there were two more excitements: First Asano failed with a solid but not too dangerous shot at Fährmann. A little later Riemann put the ball in his own goal. However, nothing has been eaten here yet, it remains highly exciting in the descent thriller. See you soon!
