The Autodromo Nazionale di Monza is the fastest and one of the most historic circuits on the Formula 1 calendar. Gas has been on in the royal park in Monza since 1922. Schumacher continues to drive for the future

With his starting place penalty, Mick Schumacher does not necessarily find it easier to recommend himself for a cockpit for 2023. There are only three places left next year and there are a few other contenders in addition to Schumacher. Most recently, Schumacher was able to show off in Zandvoort with a strong qualifying result and starting from the top ten. A good race result was denied after a pit stop breakdown. Starting place penalties for Schumacher and Co.

In Monza there are already a number of starting place penalties. Mick Schumacher has to complete one of them. After a gearbox change outside of the contingent, he dropped ten places on Sunday. A penalty is already known for Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas. Both change engines. They have also been joined by Yuki Tsunoda so far. The Japanese received his fifth warning in Zandvoort because he returned to the pits without wearing a seat belt properly. This entails a starting place penalty of ten places. They may not be the only drivers with penalties. Because with some other pilots there are possible penalties in the room.

Verstappen dominates Formula 1

Everything seems to be going according to plan at Max Verstappen. At his home round in Zandvoort, the Dutchman recently celebrated his fourth win in a row and has now won ten of the 15 races of the season. Accordingly, Verstappen has also been able to set itself apart in the world championship. He is now 109 points ahead of Charles Leclerc and Sergio Pérez in the drivers’ standings.
