Today’s opponents from Hoffenheim have an even weaker goal difference than Dortmund. With 20 goals to 16, Pellegrino Matarazzo’s team has already scored 18 points and is in sixth place. It’s been a lot of ups and downs in the league recently: in the last four games there have been two wins and two defeats. At the end of September, 1899 lost 1:3 against BVB. Most recently, the Kraichgauer team stopped VfB Stuttgart from flying high on Saturday. Hoffenheim won 3-2 and inflicted VfB’s first defeat since August 25th.
