In the besieged southeastern Ukrainian city of Mariupol, the Russians are said to have used a poisonous substance against civilians and Ukrainian soldiers. This is reported by the Azov battalion fighting there and various Ukrainian media, but has not yet been confirmed by Ukrainian President Zelensky.
