Roda JC – Telstar

At Telstar, the biggest news yesterday was that trainer Andries Jonker received an offer to to stay longer† It should soon become clear whether the Amsterdammer will accept that long-awaited offer. Jonker will gladly step up in the rankings, because after last week’s loss against Jong FC Utrecht (1-3) the Velsenaren have dropped to the penultimate place in the first division. That is the worst ranking since 2010.

With Roda JC, Telstar will meet an opponent who can also hope for promotion. The current number six of the first division is preparing for the play-offs. Frank van der Meijden is the reporter you hear from Limburg.

NH Sport is available from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Of course we also look ahead to AZ – Ajax next Sunday. Your presenter is Steve Swagers.
