The time has come: the final of everyone’s favorite song contest/festival of bad taste, the Eurovision Song Contest, has started. Will war-ravaged Ukraine – as predicted – take home the victory in Turin? Or will we get a surprise winner this year? Our own entry Jérémie Makiese, who can perform ‘Miss You’ in sixteenth place, has little chance according to the bookmakers. Commentator Peter Van de Veire sees him finishing in the top 10.
