Hamas handed over a second group of hostages to the Red Cross on Saturday evening. The terrorist movement said this in a statement. This concerns 13 Israelis and 7 foreigners. However, the Israeli army and the Red Cross both say a total of 17 hostages have been released. The operation should have been completed earlier on Saturday, but was delayed because, according to Hamas, Israel did not adhere to the agreements.
