Hamas handed over a second group of hostages to the Red Cross on Saturday evening. The terrorist movement said this in a statement. This concerns 13 Israelis and 7 foreigners. The operation should have been completed earlier on Saturday, but was delayed because, according to Hamas, Israel did not adhere to the agreements. After mediation by Qatar and Egypt, Hamas was still willing to cooperate. Follow all developments in our live blog.
