Israeli missiles have hit several locations in the Syrian province of Homs, Syrian state media reported on Wednesday. Four people were killed, including two civilians. And almost a quarter of the 136 hostages still in the Gaza Strip have now died. According to a spokesperson for the Israeli Defense Forces, 31 hostages have been declared dead.
