The organizers are concerned because many Liverpool fans were unable to reach the stadium in time due to large crowds. Some of the spectators present also entered the stadium without a ticket, which led to chaotic scenes around the stadium.

Liverpool play with Virgil van Dijk, Fabinho and Thiago Alcantara in the starting lineup. The three have recovered sufficiently from their injuries. Van Dijk was previously injured in the FA Cup final, in which Liverpool beat Chelsea on penalties.
