Little Dragon live in Berlin: Björk would have celebrated it! (Photos)

The band from Gothenburg delivered rich sounds and an impressive light show at their only German gig.

On November 15th, Little Dragon played their only concert in Germany in the sold-out Astra Kulturhaus in Berlin. Photographer Erik Lorenz was there and captured the show highlights with his camera and also told us his impressions of the gig:

“Their album SLUGS OF LOVE, which was released in the summer, was clearly at the forefront of the show. The Swedish indie band not only impressed with their powerful sound at the gig, but also with a great light show and singer Yukimi Nagano’s eye-catching stage outfit. Right at the beginning of the concert she appeared in a slightly transparent, colorful veil, which began to shine in the neon black light. Björk would have celebrated that too! The audience was also happy about the solid melodies provided by the band. The band members kept switching from drums to e-drums, from synth to bass, from microphone to microphone. The show never got boring at any point. And after a half-hour rave jam session as an encore, the crowning finale was the hit: “Ritual Union” and everyone was blissful.”
