Lithuanian basketball legend Sarunas Jasikevicius is the new coach at champions Zalgiris Kaunas. The former NBA professional will succeed Gintaras Krapikas, whom he had supported as an assistant in his home country for a year and a half. Jasikevicius (39) signed until 2018. Jasikevicius has played in the NBA for the Indiana Pacers and the Golden State Warriors, the former point guard has won the Euroleague four times: once with FC Barcelona, once with Panathinaikos Athens and twice with Maccabi Tel Aviv.
