One day after her triumph in the individual pursuit, Lisa Brennauer also added the German championship title in the team pursuit.
Olympic champion Brennauer (Durach) confidently prevailed in Kaarst-Büttgen with the favored team Ceratizit WNT Pro Cycling. In the final, the team caught up with the regional association foursome from Thuringia.

“I’m happy that this discipline has a future. There were many teams at the start.”, said Brennauer. There were even two more teams for the women than for the men – namely five.
ROSE team wins the men’s title
In the men’s category, the rad-net ROSE team with Nicolaus Heinrich (Zwickau), Tobias Buck-Gramcko (Göttingen), Theo Reinhardt (Berlin) and Leon Rohde (Wedel) won gold in the 4000 meter team pursuit. In the final, the quartet caught up with the “Project 2024” team from Frankfurt/Oder.
