Linn Svahn misses Ruka’s World Cup opener.

One of the stars of the Swedish cross country team Linn Svahn miss the early season. He will not be seen at the World Cup opening in Ruka in November.
The 22-year-old star fell in February 2021 at the Ulricehamn World Cup race in Sweden. The sprint star injured his shoulder in the crash, but the severity of the injury was not immediately understood.
Svahn continued his season, trying to rehabilitate his sore shoulder until doctors determined the injury required surgery. Svahn, who underwent surgery twice, eventually had to miss the entire last season.
Now the recovery has progressed, but Svahn is still not in full health. The Swede tells the media in his home country that he will play from the beginning of the season to be sure that he will be fit for next spring’s World Championships in Planica.
– I feel good and my recovery has progressed. I want to practice more now that the snow season is about to start. I want to be in shape when I make a comeback, Svahn told Sweden’s Viaplay According to Aftonbladet.
Svahn plans to return to the World Cup in December. Therefore, at the end of November, he will not be seen in Ruka.
